At the root of this effort are people.  Yes, the Home is the main idea, but as important are the people who live there.  We are all different and the freedom to be you and live how and where you choose is paramount to our mission.  The Continue Home Solution includes an interview process that is designed to capture more than the boards and beams.  We want to know you, learn your aesthetics and help you meet your life goals.  The Home Assessment will seek to evaluate your current living environment against your unique requirements today and try to get in front of the needs to come.
